My order did not arrive on time. What should I do?
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days from the purchase date, please reach out to us at arda@grevoo.ca, and we’ll investigate the delay and ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.
How long does shipping take?

Standard Shipping: 1-3 business days within BC and 4-7 business days for orders outside BC.
All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days.
I’ve entered the wrong shipping address or chosen the wrong variant. Can I change my order?
If you've made an error in your order, please contact us at arda@grevoo.ca as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to assist you. However, once the order has been processed and shipped, we won’t be able to make changes.
If we can’t stop the shipment, we’ll work with you to arrange a significant discount on your next purchase as a goodwill gesture. While we can't offer refunds for orders shipped to the wrong address, we understand the frustration and will make every effort to make it right.
